Day 1     An AAA Tours or hotel representative will be at the San Jose airport waiting for you to take you to your hotel. –If you have an early flight you can travel to your first destination.

Day 2    Travel to the Caribbean & Cocles Beach. You control what time to start EVERY Day!

Cocles Beach located on the Caribbean side of Coast Rica has spectacular picture post card perfect, panoramic views of beaches and landscape. This area is one of the best for taking it easy…stress free environment. Playa Cocles is well known to the experienced surfers for riding the fast, tubular, short ride waves that can reach over twelve feet in height. The surfing conditions are stupendous, due to the perfect combination of easterly swells and southern winds. This area has a unique intermingled mix of Latino, Afro-Caribbean, Latino and Bribri indigenous cultures. At night you will hear the reggae bands entertaining while you shop in the boutiques and dine in the restaurants.

Day 3   Visit and enjoy Punta Uva beach

Punta Uva Beach is a wonderful Caribbean beach located approximately 136 miles from San Jose in the Limon providence. It has beautiful crystal clear waters, one of the best beaches for snorkeling because of its visibility in the water and gentle waves. Explore a trail during a walk to Punta Uva (grape point).

Day 4   Visit Gandoca – Manzanillo National Park & Beach

Gandoca – Manzanillo National Park & Beach is a 32 sq. mile reserve that extends out to sea, protecting a coral reef and 17 sq. miles of marine habitat where several species of turtles breed. On land the refuge has the only mangrove swamp on the Caribbean coast, Cativo forest, and tropical rain forest all swarming with wildlife. Manatees inhabit the lagoons and estuaries. There are coastal trails and inland trails here to walk and afford unparalleled opportunities for spotting mammals and an astounding diversity of birds (at least 358 species), amphibians, reptiles and the rare Tucuxí Dolphin.

Day 5   Travel To Manuel Antonio Beach

Manuel Antonio Beach: A beautiful, small beach town, located on the Pacific coast. Because it’s located at the base of a wooded mountainside, there is a lot of wildlife to see, including the white faced Capuchin monkey!

Day 6    Visit Manuel Antonio National Park

Manuel Antonio National Park: This national park is a beautiful mix of forest and beach which affords one the opportunity to swim and relax and also observe up close iguanas, capuchin monkeys, raccoons, tree sloths, coatis, … There a several trails in the park, one of which leads to a lookout point high above the ocean shore with beautiful views of the park below.

Day 7   Open Day

Open Day: This day is open … you get to choose what you want to do! Travel Time ???

Day 8   Visit Espadilla beach & start heading towards Airport; or if you have a late departing flight, spend another night at the beach!

Espadilla Beach: This morning you have the option to go to Espadilla Beach and relax and enjoy the ocean, or take an optional tour before heading back towards the airport. Espadilla Beach is a beautiful pale gray sanded beach located on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The consistent waves coming from the right pack robust swells tantalize surfers from all over and are of superior quality. So whether you are sunbathing or sipping a drink while on the glistening sand basking in the sun, Espadilla beach has something for everyone to enjoy!

Day 9    Fly back home after a great time in Costa Rica!
