AAA Tours Policies
To Hold a Reservation
To hold a reservation, you will be charged 25% of the total amount of your reservation, as non-refundable security deposit. Reservations must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival.
Vacations scheduled during peak season (Dec. 1 – May 1), must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Tour Package Policy
- Prices valid until November 30th, 2012 excluding Christmas, New Years and Easter Week 2012.
- Prices do NOT include Airline Ticket to Costa Rica.
- Departure Tax per Person USD $26.00 per person (NOT Included).
- Tips are appreciated and are NOT included in this price of the tour.
- Meals & Beverages Not Mentioned are NOT included in the tour.
- Meals that are included in the tour are limited to $35.00 per person, per day.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation received more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged as follows:
- Security Deposit Only
Written cancellation received within less than 30 days to arrival date will be charged as follows:
- 29-15 days ~ Security Deposit plus 30% of Total Services
- 14-8 days ~ Security Deposit plus 50% of Total Services
- 7-3 days ~ Security Deposit plus 75% of Total Services
- Less than 48 hours ~ Security Deposit plus 100% of Total Services
No Refunds for No-Shows
This Policy does not apply if your flight was canceled due to inclement weather, must show flight cancellation proof from the Airline that we can verify.
AAA Tours has no control over the vendors, weather, and economy. AAA Tours is not responsible for any tour cancellation due to the fact that other companies are providing the tours, (this includes but not limited to), or due to inclement weather and Acts of Nature.
